Company is not flexible to customer needs. I have been asking them to offer both monthly and yearly plans so people can choose whatever they want. They won't listen nor act... They don't understand that at corporates each and every invoice has to be processed through multiple levels so we hate monthly plans.. Some other services I have do not offer yearly plans but allowed me to pay yearly and gave an invoice for it.As far as podcasts go, it's an good company but nothing extraordinary..

Four times now I’ve had a delivery driver just let themselves into my house! I’ve left a note on my account telling them not to do it, I can’t even say anything to the drivers because by the time I’ve got to the door they’re already driving away! (Do they sprint?!) it’s a joke I shouldn’t have to leave my door locked when I have kids that come in and out… I can’t call them to complain for many reasons and I know they’ll just say “they’re third party drivers, we can’t really do anything” it’s the same with Uber and just eat, so sick of it, they don’t even bother knocking first , absolute joke!

The met office seem to have lost the plot. It used to be accurate but over the last year it has become useless. So often giving less than 5 % chance of rain while the skies are dark and rain is falling. Other apps are more accurate. Have now removed the service from my phone.

I ordered a pint of cranberry juice without ice and I was served approx 400 mil instead of 538mil. I was told the 138 mil was to cover the ice which I did not request. I pointed out to the staff that the menu refers to a pint of cranberry juice and no mention of ice . Therefore this is a trade descriptions contravention . The staff member reluctantly filled the glass to cover the missing ice and I was belittled . She said her training states she should give a shorter measure of cranberry when ice is not ordered. You MUST choose one of the 'matched' searches below to move forward or it prompts you to post the question. Chegg is only getting worse as the years go by that I have been a member. Now, they will get so many more repeated questions for their experts to answer.

We had to go to London for a Hospital appointment, We had to pay C & Ulez Charge as our car does not meet standard, £30 total - We payed within the three days as stated. Following week we get fines! We phone on loaded ££ phone number with receipt numbers and we are told to appeal. GREAT SYSTEM Mr Khan!!!!

Shambles of a company. I sent money from my bank via bank transfer as done many times before with no issues. this time its more than a day the funds are missing and support are less than useless in recovering them. £3400 lost!! I have provided evidence from the bank screenshots transaction IDs everything but support want this in a pdf format which is impossible! They are just stealing money and making excuses!
