Terrible Service

Update after Asus's ResponseThank for responding.I did exactly as you advised in your response, namely contacted your Service Centre with my RMA Ref. explaining the issue, stating that this was their responsibility to resolve as they delivered my device to this 3rd Party without my knowledge who they were. (You should read some of the reviews on your 'Designated Service Centre' on this platform...)As I stated in my original review your Service Centre response was to say that it was nothing to do with Asus and that they would not intervene on my behalf - I can forward you the email they sent stating this if you like.Original Review============The charging USB port was damaged on one of notebooks so asked the Asus as manufacturer if they could repair it, even though it was out of warranty. They said yes and their Customer Service arranged for it to pick it up and delivered it to their local Service Centre with who the repair was agreed and paid for.This was nearly 2 months ago and their Service Centre as not responded to any requests for when we will have our device returned to us or its status. Their only response is with the same set of emails (word for word). Saying either they are waiting for a part from Asus or its fixed and will be shipped out that week.Yesterday it was the email saying 'the part has been installed and the device will be shipped out this week', today it was an email saying we are waiting on a part from Asus and it will take up to 5 days after we receive this.We have received both exact same emails before from the Asus Service Centre back in September.When we contact Asus Customer Services for their help with this situation. They washed their hands of the matter, saying the Service Centre in question was in fact a distinct company (LetMeRepair) and they would not intervene!
