Went to purchase an item that was listed for a great price and paid for it. A day later I received an email saying that I had cancelled my purchase. I called customer support because I had not cancelled my order and I was told that they had sold it to someone else. I got a full refund, but they should not list an item if it has been sold or on hold for someone else. I would like to at least know it’s on hold. Improving this could save people a lot of frustration.

I bought a ticket for an event, long story short, a relative fell ill and I can no longer attend. I went through their refund process, only to be told the only way you can get a refund is through event cancellation, entirely negating their refund process. Why did I waste my time giving reasons for refund when they only refund for one reason, if even then? I won't be using them ever again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them. Absolute joke of a company.

I purchased an expansion pack for the Sims 4 (High School Years). I do NOT like it! I contacted EA less than 24hrs later to share my experience and request a refund and was denied. I have been a Simmer for YEARS now and this was my first time not liking a game. Something needs to be done about the refund policy.

Chesscom is beneath contempt. Short after opening my account and paying an annual registration fee of approx. 99€ Chesscom accused me of cheating (using assistance e.q. computer engine) and closed my account. The immediate closing of the account was performed without any investigation. Followingly, the chesscom support was ignoring my emails. The only answers I received was that "I should reconsider my position", meaning that I should claim that I was cheating. After making it clear that I will be forced to take the legal actions and giving a deadline to Chesscom for returing my money or reopening my account, the Chesscom finally retured my money back.The whole issue took over 2 months.From my personal experience Chesscom is a bunch of hihgly incompetent self claimed "world`s leading experts" who cannot distinguish between a computer and a club player. Furthermore, chesscom treats the customer as a piece of s**t.I can only warn everybody from this chess server.

Had a Nest for apx year or less. WIFI packed up only to find out this is ongoing problem with Google Nest since google bought it and transition to their infrastructure. Absolute joke. This is not how it was as I used it in my home and installed nest to clients since it came out. It was brilliant and a pinnacle of thermostats especially appearance. Somehow Google managed to screw it all up. Will be going to Hive unfortunately as it has been few weeks now and none bothered to replace under warranty

NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. you sign up to a contract for 3 years. It’s also auto renewal so you get charged. When you try to cancel and make your account manual (not auto renew) they make you pay $180 USD to get out of it. This is the WORST Experience I’ve ever. How these people run fraudulently like this…. Beyond me.

as a follower on song kick, I was alerted for the modest mouse presale tickets and was aka to grab 2 as soon as they went on sale! I was very happy about getting them early and at such a good price but I think they did sell out almost immediately. If I could give a 0 star to Amex UK, I would. They are like robots. They lack any kind of understanding of how things are done. My card was approved for 500 pounds and suspended, and I was asked to provide information Amex had already sent during the application. This was a complete waste of my time and effort. I had to cancel the application altogether. Maybe they thought I needed the card desperately. I didn't, and I am glad I closed the account. Simple advice, don't waste your time with Amex UK.

Update after Asus's ResponseThank for responding.I did exactly as you advised in your response, namely contacted your Service Centre with my RMA Ref. explaining the issue, stating that this was their responsibility to resolve as they delivered my device to this 3rd Party without my knowledge who they were. (You should read some of the reviews on your 'Designated Service Centre' on this platform...)As I stated in my original review your Service Centre response was to say that it was nothing to do with Asus and that they would not intervene on my behalf - I can forward you the email they sent stating this if you like.Original Review============The charging USB port was damaged on one of notebooks so asked the Asus as manufacturer if they could repair it, even though it was out of warranty. They said yes and their Customer Service arranged for it to pick it up and delivered it to their local Service Centre with who the repair was agreed and paid for.This was nearly 2 months ago and their Service Centre as not responded to any requests for when we will have our device returned to us or its status. Their only response is with the same set of emails (word for word). Saying either they are waiting for a part from Asus or its fixed and will be shipped out that week.Yesterday it was the email saying 'the part has been installed and the device will be shipped out this week', today it was an email saying we are waiting on a part from Asus and it will take up to 5 days after we receive this.We have received both exact same emails before from the Asus Service Centre back in September.When we contact Asus Customer Services for their help with this situation. They washed their hands of the matter, saying the Service Centre in question was in fact a distinct company (LetMeRepair) and they would not intervene!
