Do NOT purchase anything from ASUS.In May 2019 I bought a top of range Asus Zenbook in the UK - spending GBP1400/USD1700.After 4 weeks the Webcam failed, so I could not us the biometric login/Windows Hello or videoconferencing.I returned to Asus for repair... after nearly 4 weeks and countless hours spent on the phone to them I was told they did not have the correct part. As I was moving to the US, they said they had to return the item, and told me I would have to resend to Asus US for repair.It is now nearly the end of September 19, and I received a message this morning telling me they still do not have the correct part to fix my laptop.I find it disgraceful that a global company does not have the correct part to fix a new laptop.By the time it is returned the technology will likely be obsolete!I have never received an apology, or be told that my machine would be replaced. They took my money for a machine that does not work, and cannot fix it - and I have been without a laptop for 4 months.This is why you should never purchase anything from this company.
