Asus products that i have bought have been ok but asus customer service is worst i have experiences. They have only beta version bios update available to my mb and customer service says they will not release final version because my mb is 'old and end of life' and because its out of warranty! what?? they expect me to install beta version bios update to my mb and by so doing break it so i would have to buy new one.So, if warranty is still on and product is not 'old and end of life' for their terms, customer support gives short one sentence aswers which doesnt help at all to fix the problem. In future i will buy any other brand products than asus, since customer service is vital in all situations. Customer service and support shold NOT end to warranty running out. Do not buy Asus. Ever.
