Review of deezer
Have been using deezer right from the start and it has always been great, serves my music needs. It is also good to see they continue to evolve and now also include podcasts. Great algorithms for helping me discover new music that I enjoy as well.

Had a family gathering and dinner at the Henbury Lodge Hotel,Henbury,Bristol. This was our fourth visit, but things had changed. My wife is now disabled and has to use a chair. There is no designated parking for Disabled People. There is a makeshift ramp on request(very slippery when wet).No designated Parking to assist wheelchair access from your car. NO DISABLED TOILETS. (Which meant we had to leave early) Two existing toilets very tiny even for able bodied. On leaving the ramp exit was blocked by a residents car which meant we could not access our car. Disabled Badge Displayed. It took three strong men to lift my wife in her chair down the steps away from the entrance of the hotel. Quite appalling in this day and age. Keep away from this place if you have a mobility issue. Thank you.

I was recently half way through watching the series of Vikings on Amazon Prime "An Amazon Exclusive" which has now been made chargeable without prior warning or notice from Amazon UK. Nothing exclusive to amazon or made by amazon should ever be made chargeable! It's logical common sense that this is bad business and that they will lose many subscribers as a result. As that is what we pay our subscription fees for. I complained about this to Amazon UK and was then fobbed off by their customer service representative by them not providing a solution to the problem that I had been presented with. Actions have consequences. I warned them as a result if they didn't remove this charge for me to continue watching Vikings with immediate effect that I would cancel all subscriptions with them, including my subscription to Crime Investigation Play. This has now been actioned as a result and all my Amazon UK subscriptions have been cancelled. I'm sure that many other people's Amazon subscriptions will also be cancelled as a result. I can't be the only person that is unhappy about this. Who would like or put up with getting half way through a series and then without any notice, to then go back to watch the rest of it to find that you've got to pay £8.99 per series reduced from £18.99 as if they're doing you a good deal 😂 absolutely ridiculous, what a joke.
Review of domestika
This is a scam. I signed up for a free trial and before the end of the period I cancelled. However it didn’t go through and I was charged with $227 gor an annual subscription. And when I contacted them for a refund I received no reply, but a bit referring me to their no refund policy. Stay away. Thankfully my bank stopped the payment but I now owe the money to PayPal who sided with the scammer in spite of the law which allows for a 72 hour cooling off period in the US (14 days in the UK).

Live Chat took 30-45 min to connect. My first try I was in the restroom when they answered; my second try I was disconnected with no explanation. Calling took 29min. Is the $$$ owed worth 30min to you? If so, call. The agent was courteous and quick to refund.
Review of Spotify
I have had to get my account re-secured on 4 separate occasions now - their security is lamentable, my account keeps being hacked and SCAM songs put in my playlists - something that Spotify seem incapable of sorting .I have given up and am now cancelling. I would advise anyone NEVER to use their Spotify password for any other account especially financial
Review of samsung
I have been a big fan of Samsung products for years. I own two Samsung TVs, a Samsung washer and dryer, a refrigerator, and multiple cell phones. After my fridge was about a year and a half old the compressor went out on it. Of course, it was not under warranty and it took forever for a text to get out. I ended up losing multiple hundreds of dollars worth of food. I called Samsung and they agreed to pay for it so that I wouldn't have to pay anything. However, they sent a check out to straight up lied to my face and told me that they were not going to pay for it. He insisted I pay him and even started making threats against me when I told him that Samsung had said it was going to be covered. I called Samsung to let them know about what happened but no money was refunded and to my knowledge they still do business with that company. So from now on I will not be doing any more business with samsung. Also, I think it's crazy that they have a tech making threats against people's physical safety working for them. The tech worked for United States Appliance of Las Vegas. I don't think this is the kind of person you want in your house with your wife, kids, or pets.
Review of miro
I realized I needed to update my previous review, in which Miro scored really low because of their invoice handling. I am no longer involved in the payment/invoicing part, and only working with Miro as an admin and user. As such, I am very happy with all aspects of Miro except the load times and sometimes lggy performance of boards.

Crappy platform with crappy courses! Paying for my certificates and yet their system is not able to recognize government issued ID and issue them... No help from the "support" team. 7 emails with copy-paste tips. Worthless, worthless, worthless
Review of campaignmonitor
On the whole, the platform is efficient, easy to use and excellent for creating best-in-class designed email templates. The list function is simple and easy to use and it has all the automation functionality you'd expect from a CRM platform. However, it is sorely lacking an HTML Export function! Rivals like Mailchimp have an HTML function, but no such function exists in Campaign Monitor, which is a huge shame considering that CM is one of the best email platforms from a visual design perspective.
