So to begin. I purchased a pc about a year ago, and a few months ago i was moving and somehow in the process of moving the motherboard got cracked. I'm in the military stationed overseas. I tried to file a claim to get the pc repaired, but 3 different reps said they don't ship overseas so they would not be able to repair the pc. I offered to give them a state address(my parents place). Then just pay to have it shipped the rest of the way to me, but they were urgent saying there was nothing they can do if i don't have a residential address in the states. So i went out of my way bought a new motherboard. Installed windows then got a promp error code that i couldn't activate windows so i called asus support, and they said they don't something something with upgrades and what not on the pc. First of all I wouldn't even of had to upgrade the pc if they would have just honor the warranty. and i'm in the military so i have a fpo ap address so there's no additional shipping fees for shipping to me even if i'm overseas. Their support has been the most unhelpful and worst support i think i've ever dealt with in regards to computers. I will NEVER buy anything asus again EVER. I really hope changes are made so others don't have the same experience i do. First telling me they can't repair it. Not mentioning the problems i would run into in the future. Then after i run into it not helping what so ever.
