Their software is decent once you figure out how to use it. The support is horrible. The simple task of adding more users is herculean. You have to get a quote, and their quote system is a joke; it doesn't work. If you try to get support, you end up in a loop - "contact us," and after five mouse clicks, "contact us," - endless loop, you get the point. This is literally the most complicated SaaS software I have ever used. They have never been introduced to the idea of useability. I would not suggest using this company unless you enjoy being frustrated. Seriously, you literally have to write an SOP on how to upgrade your user tier! Google Workspace, Office 365, Amazon Business, and Slack all make simple tasks simple - Atlassian should take note.
