Stay away from this horrible app, you will waste your time if you gonna try to create anything using FB and then got banned for no reason! Can't even talk with other people, if you say anything you get banned. If they don't like your face - Ban. If you comment - Ban, chat - BAN, login - BAN ban BAn baN bananas not the app!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Emirates Airlines. While on board, I reported a broken seat—a serious issue considering I had purchased six business class tickets, and one seat was not reclining at all. To document the problem, I took a picture of the seat. However, the purser, Catherine Kagwe, escalated the situation unnecessarily by falsely accusing me of taking pictures of the stewardesses’ faces, despite me clearly showing her that the image was solely of the damaged seat.Acting out of what can only be described as a “power trip” and failing to understand the basics of customer service, she called in the Emirates airport office manager and the police upon landing in Phuket International Airport, repeating these false claims. After reviewing the evidence, the manager dismissed the police, acknowledging that no inappropriate photos had been taken—but by then, the damage to my experience and dignity was already done. I have escalated the matter to my embassy.For an airline that prides itself on service excellence, this heavy-handed, inaccurate, and unprofessional handling of a simple complaint was both shocking and deeply disappointing. I expected far better from a brand with such a global reputation—especially when traveling as a premium customer.

I wish I could rate 0 stars.I run a small agency managing nearly 50 customer websites. Today, Brevo deleted all my API and SMTP keys (not just deactivated) claiming my account was compromised. I’ve had 2FA enabled for years, and when I asked which key was affected (since each client uses a unique key), I was given a key I have no record of.Now, all my transactional emails and contact forms are down, with no way to trace the issue or investigate further. Instead of suspending only the compromised key, Brevo wiped everything—no audit trail, no transparency, and no evidence provided. We're now over 10 hours into this outage, losing sales, and forced to rotate keys for every site during a long weekend.Support has been slow and unhelpful. We’re moving to another provider immediately. If you value uptime and accountability, look elsewhere.

Their software is decent once you figure out how to use it. The support is horrible. The simple task of adding more users is herculean. You have to get a quote, and their quote system is a joke; it doesn't work. If you try to get support, you end up in a loop - "contact us," and after five mouse clicks, "contact us," - endless loop, you get the point. This is literally the most complicated SaaS software I have ever used. They have never been introduced to the idea of useability. I would not suggest using this company unless you enjoy being frustrated. Seriously, you literally have to write an SOP on how to upgrade your user tier! Google Workspace, Office 365, Amazon Business, and Slack all make simple tasks simple - Atlassian should take note.

Pay for 12 months - only get 9. We joined in July on a trip to Fountain Abbey, thinking the membership would be good value considering we travel a lot and can visit a lot of properties. We were told we’d get an email which we could use to confirm membership until our cards came through. Unfortunately, we received nothing until October (not even an email confirmation), at which point we were sent membership cards but no members handbook, parking permits or any other details. We are STILL waiting for a full membership pack which will allow us to access the benefits of our membership. If you are considering membership, I’d only recommend it if you are happy with the price for 9 months (as you’ll have to wait until the trust sends you your card or an email to be able to actually use and it seems to take them a quarter of a year on average to do this) and if you don’t mind not having access to any other benefits (eg handbook and parking) until the trust decides to share those benefits with you.

I wish I could rate this a zero. First time using this service. Driver was driving all around not listening to my direction as he said he didn’t know where he was going. Driver made me pay $20 cash after the account was charged. Sent a msg to customer service only to be told, no driver should ask for cash. It’s against their policy but there is nothing they can do as the cash was not taken in the app.

Credit card was charged six times, because their website said, error try again.Customer support state, problem was due to address being a parcel locker and they didn't take any funds.A month later, I am still out of pocket for the entire six transactions, have opened a dispute with the credit card company.
