The customer service is comparable to Etsy. Very very bad! They do not compromise and will blame you for the system ph*ck up. The way the billing system works is brutal, if you or someone had add a person/agent access to the sites (better make sure which particular site you granting access) and if not it will add to all sites and will change the plan automatically. Example, three agents (free) four agents ( will change to standard plan). My first time seeing the bills and not sure what happened and they should check my history accordingly. Bummer to such a bad customer service.
