Stay away from the AT&T stores! I recently changed to AT&T. The service rep said that I qualified to have the activation fee voided because I was a nurse. However, they could not do it in the store. It had to be done through the customer service telephone line. He said to call them and they would reverse the charges. When I called customer service, they said there was nothing they could do because it had to be done at the time I signed up, in the store! They said their computer system would not allow them to reverse the charges. That’s it. No help whatsoever.
