Stay away from the AT&T stores! I recently changed to AT&T. The service rep said that I qualified to have the activation fee voided because I was a nurse. However, they could not do it in the store. It had to be done through the customer service telephone line. He said to call them and they would reverse the charges. When I called customer service, they said there was nothing they could do because it had to be done at the time I signed up, in the store! They said their computer system would not allow them to reverse the charges. That’s it. No help whatsoever.

Agents Stay away from Zillow's Advertisement. They charged a lot and it did not work at all. Most people that called using you to open the door and deal directly with the listing agent. The leads never work at all. Don't waste your money here! Don't trust any phone calls advertisement. Talk sweet and told me I can get deals easy. All promises were lying.

Venmo has the worst customer service of any app I’ve ever used.Five years ago I got locked out of my Venmo account because Venmo made a mistake on one of my transactions which left me going into overdraft. Not only did I pay the recipient but Venmo double charged me and refused to take responsibility for it. I sent them screenshots of withdrawal from my bank and with my friends account, and they still didn’t refund me. I had been with them since the beginning and their customer service was horrible. I didn’t want to pay a double fee so I stopped using Venmo. I just decided to reactivate it due to moving back to the states and signed up with a different email. I reached out to Venmo because they wouldn’t let me out of my bank account to my new account. The customer service was helpful until she brought up the freeze on my old account and said that she was going to freeze my new account until that fee was paid.This is absolutely unprofessional and I feel like a legal on so many levels. My new account has nothing to do with my old account and I am beyond infuriated at the service of Venmo. I called twice and was first put on hold for over 50 minutes, and ended up having to hang up, and the second time I was told 2-3 minute hold and it ended up being 20 minutes. Both times, I was put through the ringer, the CS didn't listen, and the first one named Marco even tried manipulating and tricking me into providing him information that he could use against me. I got back refurbished device because samsung dont want to change and they lies was nothing fault, but when engineers come and test, smell burnt, they said; they have to take in services because they unable to fixing here in my house.
