Worst Customer Service & Massively Expensive

Terrible company to deal with. This is the US version of O2 in the UK.Hugely expensive airtime with the cheapest line rental being $64 per month, yes you read that right - $64!!To top off the insulting price point the level of so called ‘customer service’ is literally zero. They have no actual ability to do anything meaningful for customers instead always having to refer you on or giving you a number to call. What can they actually do? The answer is nothing! After 25 years of stupidly paying for a service I am finally leaving them and they made absolutely no effort to try and retain my custom.
