Terrible company to deal with. This is the US version of O2 in the UK.Hugely expensive airtime with the cheapest line rental being $64 per month, yes you read that right - $64!!To top off the insulting price point the level of so called ‘customer service’ is literally zero. They have no actual ability to do anything meaningful for customers instead always having to refer you on or giving you a number to call. What can they actually do? The answer is nothing! After 25 years of stupidly paying for a service I am finally leaving them and they made absolutely no effort to try and retain my custom.

Now I renewed Total security and paid 52$ even I don't require antivirus. ONLY I NEED TRUEKEY. still my truekey is not renewed. Andy is brilliant he came gave us a quote no pressure at all to buy arrived on time and on the day he said remove old fence installed new fence round the front garden all in a day the two of them worked really hard it was freezing cold with rain and they really just got stuck in cleaned up it's a brilliant experience and they are coming back to fit me back gate and some more fencing would highly recommend to anyone a very good quality product with excellent customer service workmanship giving an excellent experience.Thank you Andy for everything and looking forward to seeing you in January to install the back gate.

Beware of shopping online with Target.com during any season. I had 2 orders that were split into 4 shipments. If you need to return those orders for any reason OR if they are lost, dtoen, or damaged Target.com will not refund your money after 2 returns. They consider 2 returns to be multiple returns. So if your gifts do not fit or you do not receive them, after 2 returns you are our of money. They will keep your money as a punishment to you for returning shipped items, no matter how small the amount. Please make sure that you p u shop with a company that will give you a satisfaction guarantee or at least try to compensate you and value you as a customer. Not Target.com. They do not care about your customer experience or retention. And their order specialists are vehemently belligerent when you call. Their answer/motto is: "there is no resolution for you." That's what you get as a recourse for shopping with Target.com. Spend your money with this company at your own risk. They have policies that justify you to lose your money and they keep it. Helpful to find my next read. Well organised site. Negatives: There are often duplicates of books, particularly for kindle vs paper/hardback which is frustrating - ideally there would just be one book - the content is identical in the majority of cases. The site is international, therefore naturally tends to have a North American bias, due to the larger English speaking population representation i.e as someone from Britain, I struggle to find the best British reads, or topselling in the UK.
