Disappointed with service and billing

Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with АТТ service. On a scale from 0 to 5, I’d rate it a 1.5 — and that’s being generous.The main issue is misleading advertising. Every AT&T store displays signs claiming “4 lines for $100/month”. But in reality, I was charged $200 per month.When I contacted customer service, no one could clearly explain the extra charges — just vague responses about “additional fees.” I honestly felt deceived.And the worst part? There’s no one to complain to. You’re passed from one representative to another, and no one takes real responsibility. It feels like a system built to wear you down, not help you.In today’s world, I expect more transparency and respect from such a major company. Sadly, this experience was the opposite.
