I simply wanted to cancel my WiFi service and was on hold for over an hour. Had to go through the process of confirming my information twice which is ridiculous. Then after keeping me on hold for an hour - to cancel my service - they tried to sell me more services, twice. I told them in no uncertain terms that if I had considered staying they had blown it as I would never stay at a company with such crappy customer service.
