I simply wanted to cancel my WiFi service and was on hold for over an hour. Had to go through the process of confirming my information twice which is ridiculous. Then after keeping me on hold for an hour - to cancel my service - they tried to sell me more services, twice. I told them in no uncertain terms that if I had considered staying they had blown it as I would never stay at a company with such crappy customer service.

Email sent to SeekingAlpha...That's excellent news and much appreciated.I think that it's only fair that I update the Trustpilot review and I will do that now.Just as a piece of advice/feedback, if you really do care about customer relationships, and I think the company's actions in this case prove that you do, I'd advise not having 'no-refund' services. Companies may be legally covered in terms of securing payment but if you believe your services are good enough you do not need to have these to nurture and grow a good customer base. I believe your services are beneficial to the right people, this is just not me, which is why I immediately requested a refund.Thanks again for putting things right and I wish the company all the success in the future,M@ 30.04.25 Signed up for the Alpha Picks service and within minutes realised that it wasn’t what I wanted. I appreciate it is my responsibility to do my own research first however having a no refund policy for over $500 is a complete scam and I feel legally robbed.

I returned the package back, it’s been 2 months and haven’t got my refund, seller for picture after I returned it, than they say it arrived damaged which I know it’s not true, it was a car spoiler/wing it came and send back with bubble wrap, same way. Customer service they all trick me as well, it just was awful, so yes, maybe if you buy a product it will come but if you send it you will not get your money back

The worst company, my son got really sick and was even hospitalised i had no choice but to cancel. When I tried ro make a refund they quesrioned if I am the mother of my son. Even after Inprovided birth cert they still said there is not proof. Omg I told them off and even circled the portion that state I am his mother. They were humiliated and acknowledged. The worst company in the world. I got his virus and was also super sick. I called and they knew and yet acted in such a heartless manner. They have no compassion at all and they have the cheek to ask me to claim insurance and is certain I will received. I told them give me credir voucher and I will reused it for another trip. Go agoda check the prices than go to the hotel directly and book safer. If your going to melbourne dont stay at the brady hotel they are also horrible.

Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish, would give them a zero! Missed timeline dates, constant updates on when it would arrive, took 3 weeks to get here and the wrong addressing sent this package to another postal address that the Royal Mail cannot tell us the number to, but confirmed to say it was not our address the package went to but to another UK resident. Because it was a live address, the Royal Mail will not collect this back for us and we have no way but to ask for a refund on this order I made for my wife for Christmas. Waiting for a response from them, and although they say they have 24/7 response times, we have had no response yet to this complete and utter cockup.

About 8 months ago we decided to switch from the Premium account to Duo. I completed the Spotify online form cancelling one account and switched to the other. Unbelievably they've been taking two lots of money out of our account for months and refuse to reimburse us (even after three online discussions with them telling them to cancel once and for all.) I had yet another online discussion with some incompetent individual at Spotify a month ago and again had to ask them, beg them to stop taking two lots of money and to cancel the Premium account as previously requested. And yet again they tried to take money out of our account at the end of this month for the cancelled Premium account. It was actually our bank who warned us and advised us to cancel the standing order immediately. I'm stunned they can and continue get away with this. Even the guy we spoke to at the bank admitted it's bordering on fraudulent what Spotify is doing and advised us to take it to the banks Dispute Department for investigation. After reading many complaints similar to ours, is it possible the law can't intervene? And once and for all Spotify needs to remove their useless online system and have a proper, efficient Customer Service. We'll be cancelling the Duo account and taking our custom to a more competent music streaming company.

I have severe mental disabilities, they robbed me for $400 dollars. Mocked and laughed at me since January 4th. I’m very shocked at how the biggest company in world has this type of customer service reps and specialists. No empathy. They didn’t even treat me like a human being.

It appears that we were scammed by both the host and VRBO. We rented the property but when we arrived it was lived in and had signs that indicated it was a scam. VRBO still lists the property yet it is clearly not available. Poor host response and terrible VRBO customer service.
