AT&T has very poor customer service

AT&T has very poor customer service. We had AT&T fiber installed at our home December 2024 and the broadband line running to our home is still not buried. Several calls have been made to AT&T on multiple occasions over the last few months to resolve this issue. On multiple occasions at&t has dispatch a tech to check the line for service but failed to send someone to bury the line. At least with Spectrum they resolved any issues we had in a timely manner. AT&T you have until May 9, 2025 to get this line buried, if it’s not buried our business on the internet side is done. Also your contractor left sink holes in my lawn that need to be filled One star is still to high of a rating for this poor service
