Scam scam scam

Scam scam scamI recently used the app to have tickets transferred to me via a name change and received the tickets into my account looking exactly as legitimate tickets would. These were downloadable to my phone too.I then received an email from the support team telling me I had been involved in a fradulent incident. The tickets were removed from my account and no further help was given!! The person who I had sent money to had scammed me through the app.I have read reviews previously where the same thing has happened : Eventbrite actively allow scams and fradulent behaviour within their app. It is appalling and I would not recommend anyone go near this service for gigs or events. Look elsewhere!

Review of Canva

Canva is really easy and fun to use

Canva is really easy and fun to use. I use it with a nonprofit I volunteer with. The pricing is affordable, it's easy to share and collaborate, and there are a ton of quick easy features that make good design accessible to everyone. The only downside is that I find when I really want to finetune something, I often end up switching to Photoshop. But overall, it's a great app.

So I moved 7 lines over from another carrier. First bill had a huge activation fee. I called to complain and was told I am lucky to be getting the discounts I get. Worst customer service ever. This was a supervisor. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this horrible customer service

Not worth the head ache, pick a different provider.

Att was never our first choice for internet. We thought it would be better than spectrum, and our apartment complex only offered the two choices. The equipment sent to us, was meant as a self set up. It did not work. Not when I did it myself, or when I had tech support on the phone. First available appointment for a technician was a week after I got it. Fine. Tell me why the appointment I set durring the time window I was able to be present, was canceled? I was not contacted, I was not told why. One day, I was using text confirmation, the next I was told they missed my appointment and I needed to reschedule. The next available appointment was 3ish weeks out. Set into the next month, after they'd have billed me for the first month of internet I never had a chance to use. I canceled Att and started with spectrum, had it set up less than 24 hours later. It doesn't end there. Because even though I've canceled Att, never got to use the service, and have returned all equipment in a timely manner; Att still auto payed what would have been the monthly fee from my account. The customer service representatives are very nice. The service is not very good. Their infrastructure for matanaince in my area is not very good. And I'd say their customer service on matanaince is also not very good, since I was never even given a courtesy call when the appointment was canceled. And, their systems are garbage, if my service was canceled and I was still somehow charged a phantom bill after being told they would not charge me. Do better Att :/

AT&T has very poor customer service

AT&T has very poor customer service. We had AT&T fiber installed at our home December 2024 and the broadband line running to our home is still not buried. Several calls have been made to AT&T on multiple occasions over the last few months to resolve this issue. On multiple occasions at&t has dispatch a tech to check the line for service but failed to send someone to bury the line. At least with Spectrum they resolved any issues we had in a timely manner. AT&T you have until May 9, 2025 to get this line buried, if it’s not buried our business on the internet side is done. Also your contractor left sink holes in my lawn that need to be filled One star is still to high of a rating for this poor service

I’m reluctantly giving them one star! The most biased, fear based propaganda tool being used since the Second World War. I do not trust a word that comes out of their mouths, especially when they funded a prolific paedophile for so many years and have tried to cover the tracks of others ever since. Stay away from the brainwashing box!!

****DONT'T USE***** SCAM****If I could pick -star I would!! horrible customer service. We were traveling to Abilene for a funeral had to rent an additional room while traveling. I choose for the next date instead of that day. I was told by the Hotel to cancel and call and get it for the same day booking. Customer service would not switch the dates and kept our $150.00. When asked to speak with customer service he refused and said I will not connect you. You lost your money and hung up.

Thieves

Thieves, I have cancelled my trial within time and I was charged once, realised before being charged twice. Complained about it to their advisor and he said he can cancel my subscription if I pay them another £23. Total joke, cancelled them on PayPal and won't pay a penny more. Avoid at all cost.

Truly a wonderful organisation

Truly a wonderful organisation. Properties a bit dark now due to their over the top concerns over daylight which is fine but when you cannot actually see the rooms properly and are tripping over it is a cause for concern. That said what a great club to join. Fab.

Good and Bad at Kroger

Kroger usually is stocked well and handles "runs on food" during the holiday seasons and even the recent COVID-19 crises. Their prices are good but their best service or deal is their discount on gasoline. The one area that I feel needs the most improvement is the store's level of debris and dirt from restocking. Apparently, restocking during prime business hours is how Kroger does it. It used to be done overnight so that customers didn't have to walk around pallets blocking the aisles.The prices and discounts are worth shopping at Kroger, but there's much room for improvement.

SHOCKINGLY DODGY SUBSCRIPTION SCAM !

I got lured into buying a subscription special offer of £12 for 12 weeks in august on the paddington station by a smooth talking rep... since my subscription was coming up for renewal and they would have charged a hefty £60 .. i used the website "contact us" form to request a cancellation.. there was an acknowledgement mail and then no response until they charged the full amount.. then i emailed their customer service.. again no response for a week.. before a naive looking mail saying you cna reach us on phone if you have any queries.. then i called the number and it was premium 0845 number only that they give (this must be illegal in uk to not have a regular number for customer service) but after a 8 minute hold time i gave up.. again mailed them - no response.. then called again .. 3 minute into the call and talking to an agent shawna , as i was explaining why its a wrong charge - the line gets mysteriously cut ! seems the greedy mgmt is trying to milk unsuspecting customers only and have made it really difficult to unsubscribe ... the mentions here show the same.. avoid them at all cost. .really shady

I'm less than happy to send a video to a company that has had a breach in Security not so long ago. Stay away there is better platforms out there thank this joke of a platform

Unable to withdraw my £GBP

I am residing in UK, opened an account awhile back and transferred £20 into the account. Now I receive a message stating you will start charging for withdrawals of fiat from the account early 2024, and to withdraw before then to avoid fees. I tried to withdraw my £20, but it tells me I cannot withdraw £GBP in amounts less than £75 worth. So I tried to deposit more so I can then withdraw everything, but NO, you no longer have any feature for depositing £GBP fiat using Faster Pay services, so my £20 is eternally stuck on Crypto.com. I'm hoping Crypto.com support sees this and helps me resolve the problem because I cannot find a way to reach them in any other way either.UPDATE: I have responded to your email. Please just return the £20 in my account to the bank account it was deposited from.

Excellent service. Referred by optician in mid-December, pre-op assessment on Feb 1st, cataract surgery following week. Actual procedure only took about 10 minutes. Efficiently run, Covid secure, team members friendly and reassuring. Very impressed. Will request referral back for other eye when it needs surgery. Many thanks to everyone at SpaMedica who looked after me on Feb 10th.
