Att Does not Care

I work from home and less than a month there is another outage in my area. The last outage lasted from Saturday to Tuesday. Now again there is another outage in the same area less than a month later. Internet is very important for me and having so many days without service without pay and also jeopardizing my job for Att only to apologize and issue $16 credit is horrible. This is a multi million dollar company and their equipment sucks.
