Att Does not Care

I work from home and less than a month there is another outage in my area. The last outage lasted from Saturday to Tuesday. Now again there is another outage in the same area less than a month later. Internet is very important for me and having so many days without service without pay and also jeopardizing my job for Att only to apologize and issue $16 credit is horrible. This is a multi million dollar company and their equipment sucks.

Amazon where is the excellence in customer service are you going downhill???

Rubbish customer service giving me the run-around I guess Amazon got too big so they lost that personal touch that's too bad it used to be great, now they just put you on their recycling tool and you just end up where you started, shocking customer experience and it would be half as bad if I was kept informed so I know what's going on but even that is too much to ask for, and I noticed that its very hard to complain about "their" service for sure they're all about their sellers stepping up and yet a huge company like Amazon are unable to deliver a decent quality service themselves, I think you guys need to also step up and sort yourselves out other platforms are leaving you behind!

Mundial Goal y ripped on the side

I bought Mundial Goal year and a half ago for indoor soccer. I like them because the have ticker sole so my feet doesn't hurt too much after the playing.I play only indoor once a week during the winter when my work allows me to.So my Mundial Goal were used but not abused.Price is $180 and they are GARBAGE.Side of the right shoe ripped and even on the pictures you can see they are not worn much. I cant post pictures here but i sent everything to them.I complained to Adidas and they replied this:"We appreciate your understanding, and we want to let you know that your claim, #83001468, will be closed as we regretfully cannot provide further assistance for this product."Adidas Canada shame on you!!! Stay away from this company

I was a paying customer for 12 years, even before it was acquired by Citrix. Two weeks ago Podio decided to close my account, without any kind of notification or message, according to them requested by me although they have no proof or log that I requested it.The support is HORRIBLE, one of the worst I have ever seen.Stay away from this company.

Something worse than Metropolitan Line I've never seen in my life! How the hell to get stuck on the train for 40 minutes (red signal). It may happen once, but in this case it is repeated every morning! And the staff has a defiant, naughty and very lazy attitude!

Awful customer service. Allows you to take out a subscription online, but forces you to call to cancel. The website says you cancel online, but the links take you round in circles.Recently hiked price to £19.99 a month for online access. The quality of the website in no way justifies this price.

On the first day of this year I asked Crypto.com support for some info, and I got it. They also gave me some links to follow. I took one, went to Telegram and was welcomed by a person named "Smith" who scammed me and took all my money from a blockchain wallet. My guard was down, since I always trust and follow what support says. I complained at Crypto.com, and was told that my case escalated and that I will be contacted. Weeks passed, I inquired several times, and was always told the same thing - case escalated, our team is on it, wait for the contact. After more than 60 days later, they finally emailed me this: "Unfortunately, there are no any other actions can be done on our side. We recommend you to contact your Local Police Department so they can investigate further." 1. They lied to me all the time, that their team will contact me.2. There was probably no team at all, they just wanted to bury the case.3. Maybe the Telegram scammer was not alone at all, but the part of a scheme.4. Does Crypto.com have no responsibility for the consequences of the information they provide and for the safety of those entering their environment?5. They made me lose money even before I became their client! All I wanted was to inquire if I should sign up with them.My recommendation: avoid them. Nonprofessional and not honest.
