New to AT&T Home Advanced

New to AT&T Home Advanced. 5 days ago installed. Took almost 90 minutes to resolve the problem, 4 different people, 3 separate disconnections. The resolution was to simply press the reset button. Unfortunately the first three persons I spoke with were totally clueless. And very difficult to understand. Very disappointed. Would think twice before using AT&T. I have had them for years but yesterday was so disappointing.
