The only complaint that I have is that when you are choosing an option from the drop down, it doesn't put it in the field. Therefore, it make is feel like you didn't complete the question.

Review of booking

The worst company in the world

The worst company in the world. Unable to speak to customer service, wont reply to chat messages. When you call them its an AI Bot who refuses to put you through to anyone and then ends the call. It's impossible to speak to a person. I am getting scam e mails and text messages pretending to be from Booking. Com. They have clearly been hacked due to poor security and they wont respond or do anything to help. So bad i am likely going to cancel my booking and use a different company for my trip. The worst customer service experience of any company i have ever used in my life and i'm nearly 60. Likely an American Company and that's why they are so awful.Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if i could

New Service - DISASTER!

I have been on/off the phone with AT&T since noon today. They have disconnected me three times. I'm simply trying to set up a new LAND LINE service for my mother, who is a senior and disabled. She cannot use a cell phone. They keep trying to get me to buy a flip phone, add internet, or add direct tv. This is not a service that is available to do on their website. You have to call. I have explained, re-explained and explained again. I have had a call back that I've waited 40 minutes for and then when I'm transferred, I get disconnected. I have been on the phone now for 27 minutes, have spoken to two separate people and nobody seems to understand what I'm trying to do, which is really, really simple.

New to AT&T Home Advanced

New to AT&T Home Advanced. 5 days ago installed. Took almost 90 minutes to resolve the problem, 4 different people, 3 separate disconnections. The resolution was to simply press the reset button. Unfortunately the first three persons I spoke with were totally clueless. And very difficult to understand. Very disappointed. Would think twice before using AT&T. I have had them for years but yesterday was so disappointing.

Refused to honor their international warranty

Bought a Philips vacuum cleaner in November 2021 with a 2-year international warranty, which broke down after one month. Philips has stubbornly refused to honor their warranty even though their authorized service center determined that the motherboard was faulty, sending me back to the retailer MediaMarkt Austria who then sent me back to Philips. The unit has ever been fixed. I now own a 250 Euro piece of garbage. After this experience, I will never buy Philips again.

Ruined After Getting Bought By Microsoft

Microsoft ruins everything it touches. This includes GitHub. Ever since GitHub has been bought by Microsoft, customer support service and registering accounts have been an absolute joke. The reason why accounts are getting flagged is because people are protecting their online anonymity with disposable emails and V.P.Ns against Big Brother. I stopped downloading anything from GitHub since Microsoft gets funded by America's warmongering tyrants who attack human rights internationally. So, GitHub is just another expansion of America's tyrannical empire controlled by very wealthy oligarchs from the big tech industry. It shows how technology is being weaponized for Orwellian politics. So, I would recommend nerds who care about human rights and intellectual freedom to stop using GitHub. GitHub is now controlled by Microsoft that gets funded by warmongering totalitarians who are trying to get Julian Assange into American soil.

They side with fraudulent companies in disputes. I got cheated by an unknown company in the web who ripped me off 100 US dollars for a service Malaysian government Immigration offers free. But Amex supported those cheaters. I am terminating my 15 year contact with them. Do not obtain any credit card from them

I would give ZERO stars

I would give ZERO stars. Due to a clerical error on THEIR side I have not received payouts in SIX weeks. they are holding THOUSANDS of dollars while their guests stay in my home. When you call customer service the poor reps on the line are powerless to help, and advise they are escalating the case and someone will get back with me by email in 7 days. 100% unacceptable. I will not be renewing my subscription
