SHODDY SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Giving a one star is 10 to many.Placed an order on 1/10/2025, Had install done for internet and land line. Still no phone, something is wrong with the install. Had to come back 2/25/2025 and still waiting for the tech to show up. I have called NUMEROUS times to no avail and am on hold now for tech support, suppose to be 5 minutes, but been over 10 minutes and no answer. I wanted to switch back to AT&T to see if anything had gotten better, but I guess not. Even the "Senior Associate In-Home Expert, poor choice of title for Mr Lomax because he sure didn't care enough to call me back Maybe I would be better off going back to Xfinity. Just a follow up on today 2/26/25. After speaking to several people, that apparently don't know what they are doing, ticket was cancelled and reissued for another install for 3/7/25. The phone number was ported from Comcast on 2/25/25 but it is still not active. I am over the level of incompetence from this company. Also the senior associate in home expert that I dealt with on 1/23/2025 needs to learn about customer service and contact the customer when the customer contacts them with the problems. Total lack of customer service and passing of the buck
