My internet went out a couple of days ago. I work during the day so all I really did was try to fix it myself. I called the number and I got the robot. It went through some testing that didn't work so I had to call back and it did some more testing which disconnected me and it didn't work either. I called back this morning and the same thing..A ROBOT. Didn't work again. I called customer service and I opted for a call back tat never came. I called back again and waited on hold for 45 min. I got an Indian who I could barely understand but she was nice. She did a couple more tests and said there was an outage in the area. I looked at outages before I called and there wasn't any. I work Monday thru Friday 30 miles away and I have to give 24 hr notice to be off. I can't just leave.I had to set it up for Tuesday. I am without internet for 5 days. Not only do they need to get more humans on the phone, they need to get people we can understand. Have your repair people work on weekends for your customers..ATT sure knows how to take your money but the respect for their customers is nonexistent.
