I purchased a six issue subscription of a magazine on flipsnack and I now have the first two issues, but the problem now is before I got the second issue flipsnack counted two incomplete sample issues towards my subscription. So now I have only 2 issues left of my six issue subscription, which only comes to four issues. Will flipsnack continue to count those sample issues towards my six issue subcription or not?

I've created an account a while ago on AWS and didn't use it until recently as I have started an online AWS course and trying to create the same examples shown in the lessons. When it came time to create an instance and run it, the account got block and I am note able to run anything and that started on Aug 5, 2022. Their support sent an email about some steps to take and I've done them, created MAF and advised that its my account and there's nothing suspicious, they decided to continue to bounce my ticket "AWS is overwhelmed with tickets" and I've answered more questions and still today nothing from their Customer Support. They have the Severity of my ticket set for "Urgent Business Impact Question" and after explaining to them its misunderstanding, they kicked my ticket to the curb and I haven't received a reply since Aug, 9, 2022. AWS is the largest service provider out there and they employ millions, they don't have one service tech to resolve a misunderstanding and let me get back to track with my courses and affairs. Really this has been one of the WORST customer service experiences and since I gave them a piece of my mind, I am POSITIVE they will ignore my ticket JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN. Thank you for reading my complaint.

Hi there,Are any other health companies having problems with AWS?We have been paying $500 per month for well over a year to test the AWS system before considering a move to go live before the end of 2022.However, in August we had a 'demand' for £38,500 from AWS.It appears that the AWS system was hacked by cryptocurrency miners who spun up many instances in the far east - where we do not operate.We have now been in dispute with AWS for 6 weeks and the interactions have been absolutely terrible.We have moved our working capital out of the account linked to the AWS direct payments to avoid them raiding it. Logic would say that if they reviewed our account properly they would see that we have been consistent and should not be penalised for a weakness/possible-flaw in their system. We also have the link to the source of the hacker but AWS appears to be uninterested.Has any other company had a similar problems since the beginning of the summer? We are keen to see whether there is a pattern here. I have heard stories that AWS had a data-breach over the summer and so if that is true we want to know whether our difficulties with AWS are linked to that.Very interested to hear other companies experiences.PaulThe CEO of an award winning health company

My internet went out a couple of days ago. I work during the day so all I really did was try to fix it myself. I called the number and I got the robot. It went through some testing that didn't work so I had to call back and it did some more testing which disconnected me and it didn't work either. I called back this morning and the same thing..A ROBOT. Didn't work again. I called customer service and I opted for a call back tat never came. I called back again and waited on hold for 45 min. I got an Indian who I could barely understand but she was nice. She did a couple more tests and said there was an outage in the area. I looked at outages before I called and there wasn't any. I work Monday thru Friday 30 miles away and I have to give 24 hr notice to be off. I can't just leave.I had to set it up for Tuesday. I am without internet for 5 days. Not only do they need to get more humans on the phone, they need to get people we can understand. Have your repair people work on weekends for your customers..ATT sure knows how to take your money but the respect for their customers is nonexistent.

Ordered clothes online with 48hr shipping, which was for free, 2 days later it didn't arrive, wrote 2 emails to them in english and spanish, no reply.. Then find out from text its going to arrive almost 4 days later! Which is not acceptable, cause I'm leaving for long vacay, so i had to have my bf call and cancel in spanish! They weren't sure what happened with my order and weren't sorry... That is the last time i speak of this store or step into it. Worst customer service ever!! Ruined my trip and week! Where is their english speaking phone lines..??!! Thought theyre an international retail store.

I will not be shipping hest buy again. We went in to purchase a 700.00 camera kit for our upcoming vacation. They didn't have it set up on the camera stage but said they had one similar to test out before purchase. I went to pick it up and test it out the employee advised not to because the alarm would sound (it was very sensitive) I asked if he could help us find one we could handle so I could test it out. He advised "all of the batteries are dead" I asked him to change them out. He advised the alarm would sound and they didn't have the key to release it and change it out/charge it.Why have cameras up for display and to be tested and not keep up with charging the batteries or changing them out? I asked if I didn't like it after buying it could would they take a return,he advised yes for 14 days.They tried to up sell me on the warranty and didn't even know what it covered,didn't even know what the manufactures warranty covered. Against every cell in my body screaming "walk away and don't buy it" I bought it, only to return it the very next morning. Upon returning it they kept almost a 100.00 of my money for a restocking fee... had I been able to test it out at the store before buying I wouldn't be out 100.00 because I wouldn't have bought it!They have gone downhill and are below subpar for customer service and the condition of their store/what's available to test out before purchase. Save your time/money and order online through another company.

Bad customer service. Please, be careful with Premium options, as they charged you a lot, and you need to unsubscribe 3 weeks in advance while other transparent platforms allow you to unsubscribe one day before, and everything is fine. Be careful, please!

ONE MORE dissatisfied customer. US$384 for a one time use I neededI can see now that others fell into this scam...Not clear to me when I subscribed that US$ 32 per month was going to be charged ANNUALLY UPFRONT AND NON REFUNDABLE. No chance to try the service. STAY AWAY from this company.
