Extremely Disappointed with AT&T’s Customer Service and Unfulfilled PromisesI’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for over three years, and this is the first time I’ve had to contact customer service. Sadly, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it here.Despite being a long-term customer, I received poor service from AT&T’s support team. My issue was not addressed properly, and the promises made by the agents to resolve my concerns were not kept. I was left feeling completely disregarded and unimportant to the company.I expected much more from a company I’ve trusted for so long. Instead of the courteous, helpful service I should have received, I felt like I was treated as if I didn’t matter at all. I’m deeply disappointed by how my situation was handled and by the complete lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the customer service agents.It’s hard to believe that a company that I’ve been loyal to for years would treat me this way, and now I’m reconsidering my relationship with AT&T moving forward. I sincerely hope that AT&T will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to its customer service.
