Extremely Disappointed with AT&T’s Customer Service and Unfulfilled PromisesI’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for over three years, and this is the first time I’ve had to contact customer service. Sadly, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it here.Despite being a long-term customer, I received poor service from AT&T’s support team. My issue was not addressed properly, and the promises made by the agents to resolve my concerns were not kept. I was left feeling completely disregarded and unimportant to the company.I expected much more from a company I’ve trusted for so long. Instead of the courteous, helpful service I should have received, I felt like I was treated as if I didn’t matter at all. I’m deeply disappointed by how my situation was handled and by the complete lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the customer service agents.It’s hard to believe that a company that I’ve been loyal to for years would treat me this way, and now I’m reconsidering my relationship with AT&T moving forward. I sincerely hope that AT&T will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to its customer service. I can't transfer my old chats without scanning a QR on my old phone. Problem is the camera of my old phone doesn't work and the only answer I got from their support was one by a chatbot that didn't respond to my actual problem. So please if there is any other way of transferring my chats without having to scan this QR code I'd be happy to hear from signal by a real person.

Bought a Hello Doorbell (Which works great most of the time) and 2 x Nest Outdoor IQ cameras. When they work, they are fantastic. However, I'm now on my 4th and 5th device - I think the issue is down to them not really being all weather, although they deny it and are 'investigating', which means nothing as they're not corresponding or doing anything.The first device failed within the first month. It was replaced and then both devices failed 2 months later.Like many others below, the customer service is non-existent. The replacement process is archaic and requires you to leave them authorisation (in this case for £600) if you want a replacement sent out straight away. Failing that, you have to wait an indeterminate amount of time to send the faulty items to them, have them 'test' them and then they will send you out replacements.Don't worry about your lack of heating, connectivity, security etc. Google are a poor company and need to manage their funds so carefully that they cannot even provide an acceptable level of service. AVOID AVOID AVOID - there are lots of options out there, maybe not as technically good when they're both working, but the service cannot be worse than this - in fact I'm not sure anything could be.TL:DR - Look elsewhere and save yourself a load of money, hassle and frustration.

Your stores (sellers) are always so polite and most ship my items quickly(sometimes sellers send out shipments on certain days only, which is fine). Prices are great and I can find items on your app that I can not find anywhere else. China has great shipping policies and move items out of the country quickly!

I booked a hotel in Japan for 4 nights and paid for it in advance. Got the booking confirmation and everything seemed ok. When I got to the hotel, they only had me in the system for 1 night. They allowed me to stay 1 extra night but I had to go find another hotel for the remaining 2 nights due to being fully booked out. I raised the issue with Agoda asking for a refund for the remaining 2 nights and some additional compensation for needing to book another hotel (at this stage, prices for hotels are ridiculously high when booking last minute). They got back to me with a verdict 2.5 weeks later saying "based on our current policies and guidelines, we will not be able to process the refund". They ignored my question when asked to elaborate on these policies they speak of. Nearly $1.5K owed...

I took out a subscription and immediately received an email receipt and subscriber number, however for the next 4 days I was sent emails asking me to subscribe and could not access the Telegraph articles for comments as the online edition again was asking me to subscribe. Thinking that the Telegraph was a total dead loss in managing subscriptions I cancelled my direct debit online the day it appeared (4 days after subscribing) and before the money was taken. If done on the same day a direct debit appears in your account, my bank informed me that it can be reversed on that day even if the money is taken, if you contact them. Well worth knowing!P. S. The Daily Telegraph, according to Trustpilot, will look into this - my Subscriber number: TS8642488I will update any result.UPDATE,I took out another subscription with a direct debit. This time I got a link to click which gave me access to articles and comments with no problems. I will see how I get on with this.

Men alle familiemedlemmer bliver slettet, for ikke at reagere på en mail, som vi ikke kan finde ved nærmere undersøgelser (måske er den endt i spam - men det kan vi ikke se). Jeg har været loyal kunde i årevis, men ser nu efter alternativer. Det er meget at forvente, at emails sendt direkte til børn blandt hundredevis af spammails om nye udgivelser af musik, rent faktisk læses aktivt. Hvorfor sender de ikke bare til ejeren af familieabonnementet - mig?Edit: kundeservice (kun på engelsk, og ikke til at finde på den danske version af hjemmesiden) har sagt, at de vil løse problemet. Men stadig spild af flere timer over flere dage, og en rigtig træls kundeoplevelse.---I have a family subscription with Spotify. However, all family members are being removed for not responding to an email, which we couldn't find upon closer inspection (maybe it ended up in spam - but we can't see it). I have been a loyal customer for years, but I am now looking for alternatives.It is a lot to expect that emails sent directly to children among hundreds of spam emails about new music releases are actually read actively. Why don't they just send them to the owner of the family subscription - me?Edit: Customer service (only in English, and not available on the Danish version of the website) has said they will solve the problem. But still, it has wasted several hours over several days and resulted in a really bad customer experience.

I'm sure I'm not the first one and I won't be the last one. I don't remember purchasing an annual subscription - since I usually don't like shutterstock photos. I had one in 2021 and an auto renew in 2022. Both of them still had the 5 license downloads available. The auto-renew was on 9/30/2022 I called on 10/07/2022 and they wouldn't over refund for this year. I WILL DEFINITELY not be giving them ANY of my money ever again. Very disappointed in their "company policy".

I’ve been a Lyft driver for 9 months just shy of 1000 rides. Platinum driver 5.0 star ratings. and I’m not tootin my own horn just for the sake of the review. When I started with Lyft the bonuses were crazy!! The map was lit up with all sorts of colors telling you 5 dollar bonus area here 7 dollars bonus area here sometimes 15 at one point. But that’s how they draw you in. Now the the majority of the rides I receive are rides set up through insurance agencies. And half the time the rider didn’t even need the ride or the insurance company schedules multiple rides from multiple different rideshare apps so it’s a race;) not at all a respectable company to work for. Oh and they tell you you have 24/7 phone support while being a platinum driver that is not accurate. This is not a safe company to work for . Lyft has its hands in a lot of shady stuff. And I assume the same would go for Uber and all that. Be careful. If you’re looking to be employed by a company that respects you. I beg you look somewhere else. I don’t give one star I give two 👎👎

I have had enough of Kroger and am VERY PROUD to say that as of today (11/8/22) I will no longer be doing ANY sort of business with that HORRIBLE corporation. I have been a great and loyal Kroger Pharmacy customer for over (15+) years. I have overlooked ALOT of crap they do, but for Kroger to continually make the same mistakes over and over and be disrespectful on top of that…is a no go for me. The Kroger Pharmacy employees ALWAYS screw up your medications, they’re rude as h3ll and very lazy and they have absolutely NO regards for their customers. Kroger SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS ARE JUST AS INCOMING, LAZY AND RUDE AS THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE!! I have gone to pick up my prescriptions on many occasions, and these LAZY IMBECILES will continue working as if they don’t see you standing there waiting to be helped..oh!! And DON’T ask them any questions pertaining to your health because they will either give you the WRONG advice that can be very detrimental to your health or they give you a nasty attitude because they don’t want to answer your questions. Take my foolish advice and take your business and hard earned money elsewhere for better customer service, medicines and prices. Kroger is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Good riddance!!! I had been contemplating for some time now, about not doing anymore business with Kroger, and after careful thought I am ecstatic about leaving this garbage of a company. Kroger doesn’t deserve my money or yours too. Good bye and good riddance…on to bigger and better things! No more Kroger..hip hop…HOORAY!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Well basically none. They’re so lazy they have everything automated. When I need to talk to an actual person instead of some bull shit bot. I got a new phone number so now I can’t withdraw funds or even get into my account now. I did their live chat which was a joke. If maybe I could actually talk to someone shit might get done. It won’t accept my ID and the face recognition. I’ve had nothing but issues with Coinbase. By far the shittiest platform that makes you go through the most bullshit.
