Tried getting the names switched on the AT&T account an they screwed up so bad that it took 3 weeks plus 4 hours of failed attempts with the crap customer service, Apparently you now have to install your own router after their circus act an it’s $70 for that trash service so don’t waste your time with them you’ll regret it. Can’t believe AT&T is this bad an still waiting for my stupid new router 🤬
