0 stars - If I could I would rank ATT&T 0 stars, but I had to give them a 1 to get to this point. Our experience has been horrific and began in January, 2024. Issues are still not resolved and it is August 31, 2024. We set up a plan with ATT and purchased a motorola phone which the store rep recommended to us. It was one of those new screens you are supposed to be able to bend and it broke with in the 3 day window. They would not take the phone back. Instead they sent it to Motorola. Motorola replaced it with a refurbished phone, but it took 3 weeks!! The screen stopped working again in late July. We have been trying to cancel our ATT service since then but keep getting the run-a-round. It is like they are holding us hostage! I am trying today to cancel. Again, run around, waiting for a call back. Better business bureau here we come!! Oh agents are rude and don't know much just pass you here and there. Verizon is awesome and has awesome service, but spendy. T-Mobile is where we landed - the customer service is outstanding. Not quite the coverage of Verizon, but good enough for the price. AT&T is a ripoff and customer service is horrid!
