⭐ 1 star (only because zero isn’t an option)Absolutely awful. Rude, unhelpful, and completely unreliable.Booking.com is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is beyond rude—condescending, dismissive, and absolutely useless. I had a serious issue with a booking, and not only did they offer no real help, they acted like it was my fault for trusting their platform.They advertise “support,” but good luck getting someone who actually knows what they’re doing or even cares. I was bounced around, given false promises, and eventually ignored altogether. I had to fix the situation myself, and guess what? They STILL tried to charge me.Do yourself a favor: book directly through hotels or use literally any other service. Booking.com is a disaster wrapped in a scam with a side of attitude. Never again.

0 stars - If I could I would rank ATT&T 0 stars, but I had to give them a 1 to get to this point. Our experience has been horrific and began in January, 2024. Issues are still not resolved and it is August 31, 2024. We set up a plan with ATT and purchased a motorola phone which the store rep recommended to us. It was one of those new screens you are supposed to be able to bend and it broke with in the 3 day window. They would not take the phone back. Instead they sent it to Motorola. Motorola replaced it with a refurbished phone, but it took 3 weeks!! The screen stopped working again in late July. We have been trying to cancel our ATT service since then but keep getting the run-a-round. It is like they are holding us hostage! I am trying today to cancel. Again, run around, waiting for a call back. Better business bureau here we come!! Oh agents are rude and don't know much just pass you here and there. Verizon is awesome and has awesome service, but spendy. T-Mobile is where we landed - the customer service is outstanding. Not quite the coverage of Verizon, but good enough for the price. AT&T is a ripoff and customer service is horrid!

I have ordered and paid for a big box of Detergent... A couple of days later I had email saying this is out of stock. And nothing after that!!!Tried to cancel for a refund, Anazon didn't let me!!! I cannot believe at such low standards of service! Amazon is NOTHING without us, customers! Customer service is NON-EXISTANT!

Tried to return an item that amazon's policy said was returnable within 30 days. One associate on live chat said I could get a refund, but then transferred me to another associate that said I could not. He then ended the chat, so that I could not further respond and challenge them about their policy. I was also left waiting 5-6 minutes between message responses with no communication as to what they were doing or if they were even still there! That took 45 minutes of my time, before I rang Amazon and spoke to a different associate that was just as unhelpful and dismissive. After expressing my concerns and informing them of the previous unhelpful associates, I was told they could not do anything else to help me and they then abruptly ended the call without waiting for my response. Amazon's policies are not highlighting ineligible return items before placing the order. It is only upon receiving the order that you find out you can't return it. The associate even said that it is upon receiving the item you find out whether you can return it or not. The customer service I received today was terrible. They were unwilling to help, extremely dismissive, provided me with the wrong information and the whole process took me nearly an hour. As a loyal customer of Amazon for many years, today I've noticed a massive decline in customer service! Not to the previous standard!

I have been a credit card holder with American Express since 1994. I always pay on time. On May 4, I got 3 emails from American Express. This was for my Platium card.My payment due date is the 17th of each month. They wanted immediate payment! They changed all sorts if terms as well!

I had a problem with a hotel which i made payment from American Express. Our safe box itself been stolen directly from our room itself in a very well known hotel in Barcelona. And we lost lots of cash and British passports and around 12 debit and credit cards there. I asked help from American Express to dispute a file against this hotel as my financial institution only to have my payment back from the hotel as they couldn't protect my belongs in the room in the safe box. Customer service representative simply said we cant do that because you stayed at the hotel. Unbelievable.Thank you American Express. It's good to know no point to use your service anymore as you've got no point to protect your customers.
