I wish I had read this before I was trapped. Lie to about there plan price charged triple on the 1st bill. Then no one knows where the 1st quoted price came from. They will rip you a new one. Customer Service 🤣 No one knows what’s going on but can definitely get the bank account your payin from correct. Make sure you have enough in the bank to pay the extra if not you’ll never get out. Call Spectrum they got it together.
