I wish I had read this before I was trapped. Lie to about there plan price charged triple on the 1st bill. Then no one knows where the 1st quoted price came from. They will rip you a new one. Customer Service 🤣 No one knows what’s going on but can definitely get the bank account your payin from correct. Make sure you have enough in the bank to pay the extra if not you’ll never get out. Call Spectrum they got it together.

They offer a good Price including taces, you pay it and when your arrive to the hotel you usually have to pay more. The hotel usually says that taxes have not been paid. I have used twice and twice I had the same problem.

Booked for Le Cavendish Cannes. The reservation was cancelled due to Covid. The hotel carried the reservation forward. For a number of reasons the booking could not be actioned, the hotel refunded all fees. The hotel have been prompt, pleasant and helpful in all responses, Ingrid having been particularly helpful.If only all service providers could behave in this efficient, prompt and friendly manner. Absolutely excellent Le Cavendish.

Out of the last 10 bookings I’ve made, 7 of them have no call, no showed the morning of the booking. Several, even after confirming they would be coming the night before. 2 have messaged me late the night before saying they couldn’t come but care didn’t send me a notification About the message until the following morning. I’m looking in to other nannying agencies because at this point the unreliability is affecting my own job security.
