Absolutely the worst experience

Absolutely the worst experience. I signed up for a phone and change of provider at an independent retailer, planned to turn mine in. Said I didnt want a contract, but then agreed to an 18 month plan. Then when they sent me the wrong phone I went in to a store. They gave me the wrong contract and I said no thanks, switch me to a prepaid. They didnt do that, sent me a bill 3 times what I was used to. Impossible to reach. forget a quick call to fix any issues.
