Why Why is this company just ignoring what people are saying .. There are 1000s of bad reviews , Now I am one of those.. I have had about 3 different people deal with my request and now they have banned me and said they dont have to explain themselves to me .. And that I have to create a new account .. So losing all my purchases.. Please people do not buy EA games, You need to spend 1000s to get anywhere and apparently if you complain to much they can ban you .. Its pointless paying 70quid for a game and then another 7000 just to compete..

If I could rate them -1, I would do it! All they care about is money! They keep trying to recycle and reinvent the Walt Disney culture, but it will never work! Their resorts and cruises are not the least bit affordable. Most of their production content is woke and perverted. This is not the wholesome American way!

I would rate it lower if I could! the staff in Manning South Carolina which is a very small town. Went there to get service and to spend money just to find the doors locked at 2:00pm 01/11/2024. Looked through window and in employee sleeping, knocked on window /door just to have them look around the corner and go back to sleep!! You company is a piece of sh:t know wonder your stock is sh:t! WORTHLESS PIECES OF CRAP!!

Absolutely the worst experience. I signed up for a phone and change of provider at an independent retailer, planned to turn mine in. Said I didnt want a contract, but then agreed to an 18 month plan. Then when they sent me the wrong phone I went in to a store. They gave me the wrong contract and I said no thanks, switch me to a prepaid. They didnt do that, sent me a bill 3 times what I was used to. Impossible to reach. forget a quick call to fix any issues.

This is the second time since November my Nest e learning has failed. It is a well known problem with the wifi chip which results in error code for wifi connection. Google support have been very good on both occasions even if it has taken best part of 4 hours going through all their checks, reboots, resets, hotspots etc etc. Hopefully I will receive my replacement unit in the next couple of days and it will last longer than 4 months ( especially as they have £199 of my money on Google pay).I am not sure if this dies again outside the warranty period I would buy another. New nest arrived today by DPD excellent speedy delivery will return broken one tomorrow fingers crossed it last more than 4 months.

1 star is an over exaggeration, there renew subscription notification is a virus on its own, like a beggar following u around, and don't ever use auto renewal, be paying for rest of your life, almost impossible to cancel, and don't expect their staff to help..
