The worst company I have ever dealt with

A list of issues with AT&T over the last 3 months, on a business account, across phone and 3 different in-person stores for service:- Added a new line when I ordered a replacement for a lost tablet rather than activating on the existing line.- Incorrectly added permissions for an account admin that limited access, requiring 3 separate phone calls to resolve.- Wouldn't cancel the line that was added incorrectly initially, requirig multiple phone calls and a store visit to reverse despite it very obviously being an AT&T mistake.- When adding 6 new tablets, would not add them over the phone. The in-store associate added them to a higher cost data plan and added insurance without permission, resulting in $270/month in extra charges if it hadn't been caught within a couple days.- Completely unable to upgrade devices, change plans, or update devices via the web portal, necessitating long phone calls with unhelpful reps or in-store visits where the reps try to scam you. in all, I've probably wasted 6-8 hours of time on activities that I should have been able to accomplish in 30 minutes via the web portal AND they tried to scam us for additional data/insurance fees.
