No email access

I broke my arm and had to have surgery. Needless to say, my mind was preoccupied. While I was in the mitz of preparing for surgery my home internet was suspended. I forgot to pay my monthly bill. My apology. I received no notification reminder that payment was due. When I tried to check my AT&T email for messages using my mobile phone using my data I no longer had access to the emails. Yes, not only did I not have no internet, I also could not use their email platform.
