Totally ripped off by AT&T

Totally ripped off by AT&T. I was told by a representative when I transferred my internet service on approx. 4/29 that I would receive 2 months free service, due to the move. He also reiterated during the conversation that I would make no payments for 2 months. Not only did I not receive this, my service was disconnected shortly after I moved and I was charged $150.00 for not returning the equipment from the previous address. I told them I was waiting for a return label and they stated to just go to a FED EX location and drop it off. Had I know that, I would have already dropped the package off. I called AT&T and was told that there were no notes reflecting the 2 free months. I asked the rep where I would even get information like that? I did not make up this conversation! Not that AT&T cares, I will be looking for a different internet carrier. I am super disappointed by AT&T!!!
