Stay away. Far away.

I have been an internet marketer for nearly ten years now, and I switched to GR from Aweber because I liked their designs and system better. This has been one of the worst decisions I have made with my business. (I'm a customer that spends thousands of dollars with an email service...not $49.95.) Well, immediately after I registered with them, they ended phone support. Their system is extremely glitchy, and dozens of times I lost hours worth of work when the newsletter I was working on pretty much evaporated. Get this...in order to have their system function properly, you must clear your browsing history (which is a pain for days) and not open ANY OTHER WINDOWS while you are working on your newsletter. Otherwise, it loses most functionality. On top of that, their updates have twice wiped out my automated settings and workflows, and it wasn't until I DISCOVERED IT that I was informed that it happened. Tons of lost customers during this time period. And here is another thing. You'll be shocked. They charge you per email, and they do NOT have a system for duplicates, which means that if a customer signs up for one free product, and then signs up for another free product, you get charged twice for that customer. There is NO easy way to rid your list of duplicates. You literally have to create a spreadsheet and do it by hand. Switching to another email service is expensive and complicated, so for now, I'm stuck, but I am certainly weighing my options for when my contract runs out. !!!

What a joke FB continues to be

What a joke FB continues to be. After not logging into FB for over a year, I decided to log in today because of a local property tax levy being on the ballot shortly. I wanted to share some facts about what the levy was for and why people should not vote for it, as we were being lied to. As soon as it was logged in, I got a message stating my account had been locked(on that day) and would be deleted after 180 days unless I appealed, I had infringed some rule (no indication of what. I had no warnings of what they claimed I did for over a year!To appeal this BS warning, they demand that I record a video of myself. So sorry - I don't beg for anything. I really couldn't care less, as FB is just a drama center for people with too much time on their hands. That was the reason I stopped using it in the first place over a year ago. It's worse than watching the daily news.I couldn't even begin to think of working within the FB organization like a hall monitor. Thankfully, if I get the itch, there are many other platforms if I get bored and need to know what Sally did to her cat or what Michael is upset about today to read about.Honestly people. Live life without made-up drama from apps like FB. Your life will be better off.

Totally ripped off by AT&T

Totally ripped off by AT&T. I was told by a representative when I transferred my internet service on approx. 4/29 that I would receive 2 months free service, due to the move. He also reiterated during the conversation that I would make no payments for 2 months. Not only did I not receive this, my service was disconnected shortly after I moved and I was charged $150.00 for not returning the equipment from the previous address. I told them I was waiting for a return label and they stated to just go to a FED EX location and drop it off. Had I know that, I would have already dropped the package off. I called AT&T and was told that there were no notes reflecting the 2 free months. I asked the rep where I would even get information like that? I did not make up this conversation! Not that AT&T cares, I will be looking for a different internet carrier. I am super disappointed by AT&T!!!

Nokia has definitely bounced back after being out of competition Nokia is definitely stepping it up. I personally like the new no detachable battery feature. Durability has never been an issue for Nokia glad to see them bouncing back.

Do not work with Zillow for…

Do not work with Zillow for preapprovals. We worked with Jerry. He was pushy on his end, and unresponsive to questions on my end. In an attempt to add my fiancée, he told her her credit didn’t qualify, then sent her a flippant response to her questions in an email. She had to call him the next day to get a response. I’m also now getting phone calls 24/7 from mortgage and loan companies. Avoid Zillow and Jerry at all costs!

HP TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The only reason I’m given a star is because I have to. I purchased a HP laptop touchscreen for about $840 Or Less. Experience I am in Nursing school so I needed a laptop. I was desperate I Bought it. I did not have this computer for an entire six months. One day I was using the computer and it just started having some crazy colorful spots and static everywhere. Immediately, I contacted HP they tapped in to try and troubleshoot from home. They couldn’t fix it. They sent me packaging to send the laptop back. It was under warranty. I have never physically damaged this laptop ,I have never had a spill. I have done nothing but my work for school on this laptop. HP never gave me any type of updates so I started to call every day because the semester is starting soon. They were still working on figuring out what was wrong. I get an email that reads the computer was an accidental damage. It is not covered in warranty, it will cost me, a little less than $500 to fix. Imagine purchasing a brand new computer, knowing that you have done nothing but used it correctly and someone said this to you. These people are fraudulent stay away from this company if my personal information wasn’t on this paperwork I would post it, this company “from my opinion is the worst”. I am so upset about this entire situation,

I signed up for the free month's trial …

I signed up for the free month's trial which was easy enough. A few days before the expiry date I thought I'd cancelled my subscription. I was completely shocked when I received an email congratulating me on my upgrade to the business account at a eye-watering £432 annual fee! I did find the method to cancel my sub wasn't as straight forward as joining. I made contact via the chat box and was directed to the web page for cancellation but there was no prompt box to tell me that I was successful. The chat box person seemed to go to sleep on me so I was thinking that I'd have to ring Dropbox. After about an hour I got an email from the customer services team who reassured me that I'd receive a refund. This was a headache I could've done without - NEVER AGAIN!

Review of asus

Poor customer service and overall QC of their products

I got the (in)famous PG278Q from a local store. For about 2.5 years it worked fine, then it started having problems. I returned it and it was sent in service, as it was still covered by the 3 years warranty. After 2 weeks I got a replacement. Please note that I took great care of my original monitor and I returned it in top notch condition and well clean.The replacement I got was a USED monitor, dirty and covered with glue in some places along the edge (including some hair samples). The monitor screen was clumsily cleaned and there was some white residue left all over it. When asked about it, the store I got it from told me that ASUS wasn't compelled by law to replace my defective monitor with a brand new one. I contacted ASUS and after going back and forth the conclusion was that the customer support team can only escalate the issue, not actually solve it and I should deal with the store I got it from.Really ASUS? You replace a high end monitor with a crappy used monitor that you dug up from a forgotten storage unit? And what about the QC of your products?The story continues with the local store and I won't bother you with the details, suffice to say I had to contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection from my country to get my money back.
