I thought I'd try AT&T because spectrum (my only other choice) is horrible and expensive. Because their website is very confusing, I inadvertently signed up for 2 accounts. OK, shouldn't be a big deal, right?WRONG.After 3 days of trying, I have been unable to reach the correct person to solve this simple issue.The only good news is that I now understand how truly bad their customer service is. How a major company can be this bad is beyond me but whatever. I'll stick with terrible spectrum. At least they answer their phone.
