wow, both customer service AND system are horrific

I officially changed my payment credit card. My profile, weeks later still showed the positive change with old card VANISHED. Yet, it was used by AT&T to pay my bill.I was forced to redo my whole bill pay system. Now they send me a text that yesterday's payment did not go through. Trusting that (stupid me) I paid again, only to discover it was a bogus text. Had to wait for chat rep to come online to reverse that payment. Yesterday's chat rep did his damndest to SELL ME MORE AT&T CRAP as I waited. Lousy practice. I'm ready to leave.
