I officially changed my payment credit card. My profile, weeks later still showed the positive change with old card VANISHED. Yet, it was used by AT&T to pay my bill.I was forced to redo my whole bill pay system. Now they send me a text that yesterday's payment did not go through. Trusting that (stupid me) I paid again, only to discover it was a bogus text. Had to wait for chat rep to come online to reverse that payment. Yesterday's chat rep did his damndest to SELL ME MORE AT&T CRAP as I waited. Lousy practice. I'm ready to leave.

Cancellation of free trial didn't work. Got automatically allocated to an annual registration. Cancellation of this was easy enough so long as you paid 6 months of fee.Dishonest company with a product that is dated and unnecessary.

They advertised a 'full pdf download of BOOK TITLE (book review)'. I thought I was getting the BOOK. Only after paying and receiving a 1 page! pdf did i go back and read the description correctly.I immediately sent an email to customer service.The very next morning Lorraine replied, apologizing, and I received a full refund on my credit card.Not happy with my 'book', but am impressed with their customer service.

They are a scam, you put money into the account and then they freeze the account and make you put in a large amount to get your money out, and this process keeps occurring until you can’t afford to get your money back, my money is stuck in the account.

We booked a hotel through Agoda 9 months before our holiday in Malaysia. We were to meet up with family to celebrate our retirement. One week before we travelled Agoda informed us our booking was cancelled. Our family booked with Booking.com and had no cancellation. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

They are very good and quickly to sell you the tickets, you dont have any problem with that.But I had two concerts which has been cancelled and yet didn't receive the refunds for it.I've reached them by the support email and they said the refund was issue on the 4th of July and said me to sort this out with my bank which I did and they are saying there is nothing been credit .Shame, Shame, Shame.

I have used Dropbox as a file sync solution between pcs and it works great for that. So when I was looking for a full cloud backup solution I thought I would give them a try. I contacted customer support to check that I could backup all files (not just a subset of my documents/images) and was informed that I could back up any file, there were no restrictions. Subscribed, downloaded the software, tried to select my folders for backup and was informed that I couldn't because the "folder had to be on the same drive as Dropbox". This is crazy! My computer has two disks, I can't just move all of Disk A to Disk B in order to get it backed up. Luckily I had a transcript of the chat session with the customer service rep and after some arguments Dropbox did refund me my first month subscription cost (at first they told me to go pound sand).

Before to apply i read ONLINE FROM AM EXPRESS SITE: after i get the card i will receive $250 after spending $3000 in first 6 month. I went to my account and i saw: if i upgrade my blue card to blue cash preferred, i get $300 after and i have to pay annual fee 95$ after 1 year After i called to the AM SERVICE,I WAS TOLD THEY GIVE ME 75$ CREDIT AFTER 6 MONTH AND SPENDING $3000 AND I HAVE TO PAY ANNUAL FEE OF 95$ AFTER I GET THE CREDIT CARD.AM EXPRESS TRIES TO FOOLISH POTENTIAL AND CURRENT CLIENTS.I HAVE CREDIT SCORE 830-840,ZEROW BALANCE ON ALL MY CREDIT CARDS. Such not smart bankers created crisis in 2008 and wasting time and money anyone who they dealing with. I WENT TO CHASE,WAS APPROVED FOR FEW SEC.
