Totally rubbish support. Program unstable and unusable. Apparently happen to reopen a case that they failed to fix but then they wont, just a load of automated responses, gotta start the process all over again. Hateful system. I'm logged in but apparently licence has run out....its nowhere near expiry, its on a renewing monthly contract.
