It's absolutely not what it used to be. I am part of the many many people Emirates had stranded in Dubai mid April. While the weather was out of hand for them, they continued to let people fly in, even days after the rain, when nothing was working in Dubai. Fully aware, that anybody with a layover in Dubai would be stranded under pretty poor conditions for days, they just continued doing so. Now I am chasing reimbursement for expenses and they intentionally make it so tedious to fill form after form, that I am sure many will just give up. A disgrace and systematic disrespect for customers.

Canva is basically a modern-day Swiss Army knife. I've been using it for a long time for a lot of things, from creating personalized resumes to creating thumbnails. The tool's usability is incredible, but, as always, to make something "perfect", exactly your way, you have to pay, as many features are paid, but it's worth it. But even if you don't want to pay, that's okay, there's always a "plan B" on the platform itself. One thing is for sure, you won't stop doing your work with this complete tool!

Case #4548642I was using Brevo for a small shop and suddenly discovered I was being charged for their most expensive plan at €650 per month for 2 months around cost 1300€ and i had bought yearly plan before 2 months, without any notification, confirmation, or proper information!I never received an email, push notification, or invoice for these charges. The only way I found out was by checking the billing history and seeing these outrageous charges. I immediately requested a refund, as I never upgraded my plan or authorized these transactions.Their response? • They insisted the charges were legitimate and claimed I must have upgraded the plan myself. • They refused to issue a refund, instead suggesting I dispute the charges with my bank, claiming potential hacking of my credentials.If they believe hacking occurred, shouldn’t their platform provide safeguards like proper verification or two-factor authentication for high-value transactions? The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Brevo not only failed to provide basic customer support but also took no responsibility for this issue. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this platform.Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unwilling to help their customers. Avoid at all costs!

I would give it zero stars but since that is not possible I’ll give it a 1.I backed the La Mansio bag. I ordered my bag September 2021 which is almost one year ago. At the time, La Mansio team said they’d have the items shipped by Christmas. In the time it’s taken, my parents have found a new house, had the mortgage approved and are due to move in September. If my bag arrives by then I won’t even receive it. I have paid nearly £400 and received nothing but agitation. For the sake of your mental health more than your money, don’t ever use Kickstarter.

"The ICO's mission is to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals" could not be further from the truth! The ICO is the most incompetent, biased, profoundly amoral organisation I have had the misfortune to deal with, second only to the Ministry of Justice/HMCTS. A case Manager who did not understand the meaning of "manipulate" with regard to the alteration of a judicial record to prevent access to information under a Subject Access Request, which according to a Case Manager is not a breach of the DPA! This is because according to a Senior ICO Manager "Instead we can only focus on the way the advice is s applied in practice and whether this complies with the DPA" How can the alteration of a judicial record to prevent a SAR comply with the DPA? The Information Commissioner states that "Personal data should be provided without undue delay and to have communicated to them in an intelligible form", but exonerates HMCTS for sending hundreds of totally blacked out pages in response to a SAR. A member of ICO staff lied on the telephone, on two separate occasions, to both my husband and I, informing us that the ICO does not issue Enforcement Orders on behalf of individuals-I then sent him 17 examples whereby they actually do, but usually when the party is represented by a solicitor! Then of course they refer you to the JCIO, who refer you to JACO, who in turn refer you back to the ICO, who now refer you to PHSO, or to go to Court. When will any of these Regulatory bodies actually do the job they are paid for? 5 years of obfuscation. Disgusting,inept, time wasting body who are only interested in FINES.Not even worth one star.

Can they get any lower?? Scum of the earth. I suffered an NHS breach of confidentiality which the GMC agree but not these vaginas. How do they sleep at night? Oh I know it's because they have no stress in their work and claim a good salary for nothing

Chegg is good for math, but when using it for Chem it’s terrible. I’ve gotten help on questions I’ve been completely clueless on and half of the time they didn’t give me the right answer. Yes chems hard.. but a whole group of Chem professionals getting the answer and math wrong is crazy. Also just got my account suspended with no explanation as to why. I resubscribed YESTERDAY and am already suspended. It can be extremely useful when you can’t find any explanation to a homework problem anywhere and you’re actually provided the correct answer.
