I have today spent over half an hour trying to cancel a subscription that was renewed without my say so !! You try and cancel with them !! They will try everything to stop you. I had a chat session with a woman who stressed me out terrible!! She just wouldn't cancel my subscription trying to ask me what other devices I had !! I said over ten times I want to cancel. But she kept on pushing me to renew !! I got upset and said cancel my subscription now and she left the chat ....do not get involved with free subscriptions with this company!! Once they got you you will find it very very hard to escape believe me !!!!
