The customer service was excellent! The individual who helped me took his time and explained everything to me I was going into this thing for A basic package and wound up getting it all. Should complain about that but I can’t the gentleman didn’t act like a salesman he explained the product how it worked and it sold itself. Awesome experience.

Last January, I paid £69 for an annual subscription. A few days ago, they took a renewal fee of £334 from my bank account, with no notice. If it had been in the same ballpark as last year, or slightly more, I might have let it go, although I would have been disappointed not to receive a reminder. However, this price hike is disgusting, as is their failure to provide any advance warning. I have contacted them (ticket 772678), but so far not received a reply.

Despite I'm sure Nigel being very frustrated at my lack of knowledge on the system, he was very patient and did not worry that it was taking time. In the end it was an easy fix although took time getting there. When certain suggestions by Nigel did not work, he found other ways to try and see what was going on, again remaining very patient and helpful.

Watching the football quarterfinals too much crap on the bottom of the screen he can’t see the whole game! And then on the right side, you have a small replay screen you don’t have the yellow line for the first down marker. I only watched it because this was the only place to watch the college quarterfinal football games And ESPN sucks. I will never subscribe to it unless you make some big changes. I tried it again last year same results crappy picture for games so I got rid of it. I got it again this year just for these quarterfinal football games. Nothing changed. Sucks big time. Be taking it off my Directv tomorrow. You can bet on that! If you’re thinking about getting it think twice! The referee starts to talk about the penalties and what happened and they break to a commercial never seen any other network do that!

Recently my son passed away. Being next of kin and appointed personal representative, I sent all the required Colorado state legal forms, my ID, death certificate, and a W9 for his LLC business for ID purposes. Venmo refused to give me access to his account over and over, trading emails 5-6 times. His account balance, so they say, is $0. I was suspicious that there were unlawful withdrawals after the date of his death, so I asked for recent transactions for his account. Again refused and ignored the Colorado state laws to give me access. Avoid Venmo, absolutely no transparency for customers in this situation! I had to choose one star review rating, should be 0!

Got in touch because I'm paying for premium but I'm only getting access to essential so I wanted to not get robbed by playstation (again) the person dealing had no basic lived knowledge about the playstation and "didn't know" so nothing done but it has been escalated..... Yeah won't hold my breath. Then I asked why my "hours played" was being deleted, they said that it's normal....it's not normal, has only just started to happen. So won't be giving any more money to playstation and just going to rebuild my games library on PC. Playstation used to be top tier, now it's less useful than an used toilet brush holder in a public bog.

I got contacted by 3 Google staff for verifying my business. I was told it will be done within a week and its been two months, I have raised the verification issue and no one is getting back to me. It is so frustrating as I cant put any updates and clients are unable to leave reviews when we finish our work together which means I am losing out on that and reviews are very important for potential clients to hear from others who have used my services. I feel powerless as its Google and there is nothing I can do about it and I really need this as a sole trader.
