I've created an account a while ago on AWS and didn't use it until recently as I have started an online AWS course and trying to create the same examples shown in the lessons. When it came time to create an instance and run it, the account got block and I am note able to run anything and that started on Aug 5, 2022. Their support sent an email about some steps to take and I've done them, created MAF and advised that its my account and there's nothing suspicious, they decided to continue to bounce my ticket "AWS is overwhelmed with tickets" and I've answered more questions and still today nothing from their Customer Support. They have the Severity of my ticket set for "Urgent Business Impact Question" and after explaining to them its misunderstanding, they kicked my ticket to the curb and I haven't received a reply since Aug, 9, 2022. AWS is the largest service provider out there and they employ millions, they don't have one service tech to resolve a misunderstanding and let me get back to track with my courses and affairs. Really this has been one of the WORST customer service experiences and since I gave them a piece of my mind, I am POSITIVE they will ignore my ticket JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN.
