I have made a full assessment of AWS's customer service and infrastructure which all fall below the satisfactory level due to poor customer support and over-exaggerated infrastructure that is full of bugs and malware. AWS may be was a state-of-art, good web cloud system in 2014, but now what remains is a repository of the system that needs haulage. There are so many confusing garbages put in front of a customer, which is sometimes not necessarily needed.
