my order for the Mesa/Boogie Mark VII seems to have disappeared. Here is the scenario. . . - I received an email confirming the order yesterday at 11:10 AM (Order Number: GC22467270)- When I go to my Guitar Center ‘My Account Page”, the order does not exist - The charges hit my credit card early yesterday- I have not received a “Your Order Has Shipped” email, which I’ve always received when the order goes in prior to 12:00-Noon- I paid for next day shipping because I needed the amp today

I have made a full assessment of AWS's customer service and infrastructure which all fall below the satisfactory level due to poor customer support and over-exaggerated infrastructure that is full of bugs and malware. AWS may be was a state-of-art, good web cloud system in 2014, but now what remains is a repository of the system that needs haulage. There are so many confusing garbages put in front of a customer, which is sometimes not necessarily needed.

I'm reading the other feedback and I can only thing that you are crazy. It doesn't exist a Free account. AWS offer a Free Trial of 12 months and you can be only fool to not read Terms and Conditions. It's free only up to certain limits. You can set a budget and once you reach that budget you can stop the service. The account is not in hostage! If you don't add correct information (name, credit card, address... ) the account will been hold until you provide the correct info. You cannot scam AWS, if you try soon or later they will know and they will suspend your account.If you want to try AWS you can! Read the AWS Terms&Conditions, ask for support, read the official documents and you will have the best experience. I studied Cloud Compute, I received my certification! I'm honest it's a powerful tool, if you are SMART you can use it and learn a LOT!

Never ever book a flight through Agoda. They scammed me for 1000 USD, it was a technical error on their side and they offered to compensate 10% if I would stay off social media. I don't understand how a company as big as Agoda is allowed to steal money from citizens without having to take any responsibility. I've filed nearly ten official complaints, with my bank, airline, visa etc. As a single consumer there's nothing you can do against the likes of Agoda.

We’re absolutely appalled at the NT booking system. This is the third week we’ve tried to book tickets to no avail. Why are we paying for this membership? This will certainly be the last time we do this. I do not understand why loyal members have not been given any kind of priority. You have continued to take the membership fees while we’ve not been able to visit. We can only surmise that you’re giving priority to non-members because you can charge them more money for visiting. We think it’s disgusting the way you’ve treated your loyal members. We’ve been a member of the NT for over 10 years. Absolutely disgusting. Your greed is unsurpassed.

This is the first time I have needed to make a form. The interface is very user-friendly. I have also found Jotform's Youtube tutorials to be very helpful in learning some more advanced features. I appreciate the amount of download and submission space that even the free version allows. I would highly recommend Jotform.

What a disappointment! I have a subscription account but was entirely unable to get competent support.Two earnest but witless customer service individuals on chat support were unable to provide guidance on the loss of two weeks (!) of work during which time Dropbox had stopped working and uploading. When the app was reinstalled it synced to the older files.The support team took, literally hours to comprehend the above sentence. They were miffed that I kept asking for real tech support. And, while amazingly clueless, they both 1) insisted that the problem was of my own creation and 2) an account upgrade might keep problems like this from occurring again. Run, don't walk, away from Dropbox.

For the last several years I have been paying for 5 Avast Services, 3 of which were duplicates. Shame on me for that; however, none of these have even been connected to any device. You think they might have said something. Guess they're just happy to keep taking the money. If you're over 70, you should probably get someone younger to take a look at your stuff.

Dear Argos and Apple,I purchased a pair of AirPods from Argos in December. Unfortunately, one of the pods stopped working, so I returned to the Argos store to request a replacement. The staff informed me that I needed to contact Apple first to obtain a reference number, which would then allow Argos to process the exchange.A few days later, I contacted Apple, spent some time on the phone, and successfully received the required reference number. I then returned to the Chelmsford Springfield Argos store to complete the return.From the beginning, the staff member I dealt with was dismissive and unhelpful. Within minutes, another staff member returned from the back room, seemingly pleased with herself, and informed me, “That’s not the right reference,” clearly hoping I would leave. Instead, I called Apple again from the counter and obtained a new reference number.When I provided the updated reference, I was told I needed a paper receipt. I explained that I only had a screenshot of the receipt, as I keep all receipts digitally to help reduce paper waste. Despite this, she refused to proceed. I even offered to show my bank records or asked if they could look up the transaction, but this was also refused.When I requested the staff member’s name, she refused to provide it. I then asked to speak with a manager, who came to the counter only to say, “My colleague has told you—there’s nothing we can do.” When I began recording for accountability and again asked for their names, they all walked away from the counter and refused to engage further.This experience has left me extremely disappointed—not just with the service from Argos but also with the overall treatment surrounding an Apple product. I urge both Argos and Apple to look into this situation seriously and take appropriate action before more loyal customers become disheartened by such poor service.I would appreciate a prompt response and a clear resolution to this matter.Kind regards,Ricky Oliver
