Service and delivery always excellent! My only problem is the website, where the various genres are, constantly is buffering, leaving me only with empty boxes where the book cover should be seen. I've spent more time buffering and, in frustration, leave your site without buying.If I'm causing this situation by being technology weak, let me know what I need to do to alleviate this problem.Thanks!
